The RCOF-2 piston funnel from Royal Catering allows you to easily and precisely dose sauces, liqueurs, toppings, etc., as well as to fill and decorate chocolate, pastries or desserts. Thanks to its practical mechanism and the high-quality materials, this kitchen aid is particularly suitable for bakeries, pastry shops and kitchens.
With this handy and light-weight kitchen utensil, you can easily fill hollow chocolate bodies with liquid delicacies such as liqueurs, jellies and creams. To avoid the need to frequently refill and to optimise the workflow, this tool boasts a 2L volume, which allows it to hold large amounts of liquid at once. Especially in large kitchens, where many desserts have to be served at the same time, this funnel is an indispensable aid.
The three included nozzles, with diameters of 4, 5 and 6 mm, ensure the best and finest results with every liquid consistency. Choose suitable straining streams for each kind of product: For instance, a thick layer of topping or a gentle and elegant touch of sauce on a restaurant dish. This piston funnel is also suitable for portioning sauces, ganache, chocolate and fine purees, i. e. all homogeneous, flowable masses.
The liqueur funnel is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is why it is very stable, robust and corrosion resistant. This material is perfectly suited for contact with foodstuffs as it is neutral to foodstuffs and therefore extremely hygienic. Additionally, it can also be cleaned quickly and easily.
What characterises this model is its easy and precise operation. With just a little thumb pressure, you can easily operate the lever attached to the handle, and thus open and close the outlet opening as desired. This means that filling or decorating can be interrupted and resumed at any time, without wasting filling material. The unused nozzles can also be attached to the bottom edge of the handle with just a few screw caps, so that they are always ready to hand.
The stand included in delivery is ideally suited for depositing or temporarily storing pastry filler. Even filling the 2 litre funnel is considerably easier, as it securely rests on the stand and is also tipping resistant. The feet are covered with plastic, which further enhances stability and protects the work surface from scratches. With the piston funnel from Royal Catering, nothing stands in the way of your chocolate creations!
