Can I pour the sugar directly into the sugar compartment?
It is highly recommended that you wait until the sugar compartment has been heated. Only then should you add the sugar. The measuring spoon (included in delivery) allows you to portion the sugar precisely without spilling.
What should I consider when buying cotton candy sticks?
Most sticks are made from bamboo, but there are also some made of other materials. You should take care to only purchase cotton candy sticks and no other objects as well.
Can I also prepare coloured candy floss?
The cotton candy machine can be used with food colourings, so you can also prepare colourful candy floss.
I ordered my 2nd Commercial Candy Floss Machine - 52 cm - 1,200 W and the first delivery date was the same issue. With the 2nd placed an order on 01/12/2022 and a track and trace were sent by email. Gls info service update the first delivery to a warehouse and after that, it was not updated or any point of contact until 29/12/2022. on the Website free delivery to the UK 6-10 working days. Need to order a spinner head but not sure as there is no quick service or communication.

Les roues du chariots ne sont vraiment pas pratique (roue qui se dessere toute seule ou qui se bloquent, et concernant les rayons des roues on peut le revisser à chaque sortie).
Je n'ai jamais était dessus par vos produits mais sur celui-ci je le suis.
