The hot plate RCHP-100H from Royal Catering is perfect for gently keeping delicious meals at the ideal temperature for long periods of time for buffets, catering or canteens. This table top device ensures your guests are served their meals at the perfect temperature no matter the occasion. Food can be kept warm either in containers or bowls on the hot plate, or simple placed directly on the surface.

The hot plate RCHP-100H stands out at first glance with its high-quality stainless-steel workmanship. The total heating surface measures 100 x 50 cm, providing plenty of space for keeping food warm for long periods of time. At the same time, it is also very compact and fits effortlessly in small spaces. The two plexiglass panes mounted on the top of the device on both sides protect the food.

The heating surface, which is also made of stainless steel, allows you to easily place your food directly on the surface to warm, sparing the use of containers and saving you valuable washing-up time. The easy-to-clean surface also guarantees time savings.

The built-in heating element has a power of 650 W and creates enough heat from below to keep both small and large portions of food at temperature. In order to guarantee uniform and effective heat, the hot plate also has three halogen lamps to keep the food warm from above. In addition to illuminating the food for your guests, each of the lamps provides an additional 300 W of power, for a total output of 1550 W.

Consistent temperature is important, especially when it comes to keeping foods warm for longer periods. The food warmer has a temperature control with degree display so you can set the desired temperature in a range between 30 and 110 °C, guaranteeing hot and tasty food even after many hours. In addition to separate on/off switches for the heating surface and the halogen lamps, an indicator light signals when the device has reached operating temperature.

The entire heat lamp attachment can be unscrewed to make the food warmer more portable. In this configuration, the device continues to heat from below with adjustable temperature settings. The four adjustable feet ensure stability on any surface and are equipped with non-slip rubber to prevent the hot plate from sliding out of place.
