You can perform over 50 different exercises using the weight station GR-MG10. The cable pull can be used either standing or sitting. In order to adjust the intensity, you can increase the training weight in small increments of 4,5 kg. There is a dip station on the side where you can do leg lifts and hanging support exercises.
